HOLIDAY SHIPPING
All United States orders placed before December 20th will arrive by December 24. All international orders placed by December 10th will arrive by December 24th. International orders placed by December 15th still have a strong chance to arrive by December 24th.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING (average delivery time 3-4 business days) anywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, any military bases.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Preferredwatches.com offers 2 Day Express Mail shipping for $20. Express orders can be called in as well at 1-877-230-7410. You can reach us by phone Monday – Friday 9 am –5 pm (MST).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery to Canada and Mexico is $20. Delivery outside of North America is $20 (Airmail shipping. Delivery takes 6-10 business days on average.) Preferredwatches.com does not assess duty on international orders. These shipping rates listed do not include any duty tax or customs fees. All applicable customs, import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. And these shipping times do not include the time it takes to clear customs in your country. Sometimes that will add a few days to delivery on an order.

Note: We do not ship to Indonesia, Venezuela, Singapore or Nigeria.


RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return. Preferredwatches.com fully refunds 100% of the purchase price on all United States orders. You can return your purchase for up to 20 days from the purchase date. Watches must be not sized and unworn in the condition you received them and in the original box. Orders shipped directly to Canada, Europe or Australia may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, and there will be a US$15.00 shipping and handling fee for each item returned. Preferredwatches.com offers an extended return policy for orders during the holiday season. All orders have until January 25th, 2011 for a refund.

RETURNING A PURCHASE
- Ensure the watch is not sized, has not been worn, and is in the original box.
- EVERY customer wishing to return a purchase must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. An RA request must be made within the standard return policy for your purchase. If a package arrives to us without the RA number easily visible on the outside, it will be refused by our receiving department. (Note: Shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.)
- All returns must have non-damaged (preferably unopened) packaging and be in new, unworn condition, containing all original documents (Instruction manuals, Warranty Cards, Watch Tags, Removed Links, etc.) otherwise, up to a 20% restocking fee could be assessed.

SHIPPING YOUR RA:
- E-mail sales@preferrredwatches.com to obtain an RA number. Be sure to include your original order number.
- Package the watch, with your receipt and original packaging, write your RA number on at least two sides, and address to:
